Disney Dreamlight Valley will introduce Toy Story’s Woody and Buzz Lightyear in December

Disney Dreamlight Valley has been in Early Access for a while, but has racked up a dozen players with its relaxing simulation gameplay and fan-favorite characters. I’ve spent a fair amount of time addicted to it, and now it’s a matter of time before I’m back so I can see what the new characters are up to.

When it comes to new characters, Disney Dreamlight Valley has now announced its second major content update and who’s coming along with it. During the game’s first major update, we saw The Lion King antagonist Scar invited to Dreamlight Valley. While this evil lion certainly isn’t everyone’s favorite, I suspect the latest new characters will be.

Dreamlight Valley’s second major content update pairs with Toy Story and introduces a new kingdom for us to explore that’s found inside Andy’s room. Since the announcement of Twitterit’s safe to say that Woody and Buzz Lightyear will soon be settling into player cities.

It looks like a handful of Toy Story themed cosmetics will also be arriving. Much like the previous cosmetic content added to the game, I wouldn’t be surprised if this outfit was part of the Disney Dreamlight Valley Star Path. So make sure you complete your Dreamlight duties and stock up on those tokens if you’re interested in Toy Story cosmetics too.

This content update is coming to Disney Dreamlight Valley on December 6 on all platforms; PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch. Do you plan to jump to Dreamlight Valley when Buzz and Woody arrive, or did you really never leave?
