Watch Summer Game Fest 2023 showcase live here

by Geoff Keighley summer games festival returns for another year, now unopposed after the death of E3 2023. Before all the other major showcases, Keighley will take the stage to bring us new game announcements, gameplay reveals, updates to previously announced games, and probably a few surprises.

It’s tradition at this point for the live Summer Game Fest show to headline the rest of the publisher-run summer showcases, but you should also expect games from those same publishers to appear here, as well as their own shows. In some cases, we may get trailers that tease bigger gameplay demos to happen later on.

The show starts today at 12pm PT / 3pm ET / 8pm BST / 9pm CEST. We’ve embedded the YouTube live stream above, but you can also watch it on Twitch, Steam, Twitter and even Tik Tok.

We know some of the reveals to expect in the storefront. The gameplay debut of Mortal Kombat 1 is probably the most high-profile item, but we’ll also get new gameplay from Alan Wake 2, our first look at new content coming to Modern Warfare 2/Warzone in Season 4, the new season of Fortnite Wilds, new Immortals of Aveum gameplay, a new look at Baldur’s Gate 3, and even a trailer for the third season of Netflix’s The Witcher show.

There are likely to be a few other surprises that you’ll just have to look around and see for yourself. As always, we’ll bring you the biggest reveals right here on VG247.
