Warzone 2.0’s invisible players glitch is a sight to not behold

Keep your eyes peeled while you play war zone 2.0as some players are turning invisible.

Some games like to include invisibility as an ability that their characters can use for tactical advantage, like Shadow in Supervision. Warzone 2.0 isn’t one of those types of games, and yet here we are, with some players seemingly invisible to others, obviously leading to an unfair advantage. as seen by PCGamesNA clip shown by XSET streamer Evan ‘SuperEvan’ Moore shows this glitch in action, one that unsurprisingly generated some frustration.

The clip shows Moore reviewing a clip during the broadcast that shows both the death itself and the subsequent kill camera. Moore knows exactly where the opposing player was placed, but no aspect of the model can be seen, not even the weapon models. In the kill chamber, however, all is well for the killer in question.

It is unclear at this time how this bug is occurring and if it is an intentional exploit that players can use. There are other responses to Moore’s original post that show other instances of the glitch in action, but no one seems to know how it works yet. Obviously, this will likely be fixed soon, as it’s a pretty dumb glitch to leave hanging.

Warzone 2.0 was released recently and it has already caused some frustrations. The follow-up to the previous battle royale has a new batch system, but fans have taken to Reddit to discuss the fact that it might be too complicated and finicky.

Our own Connor Makar also recently had the chance to chat with Call of Duty pro Jukeyz about the new map, where he talked about his feelings on it (spoilers, he thinks it’s good, but takes the time to explain why he likes it, so take a look).
