Two Persona games have leaked, with both reportedly coming to Xbox Game Pass

We’re in the middle of the showcase season, which means we’re also running into far too many leaks. The latest leaks to hit the net are trailers for two new Persona titles; a new version of Persona 3 (called persona 3 reload), and a Persona 5 tactic qualification.

Where did the leaks come from? Well, Atlus itself. The developer appears to have accidentally posted the two trailers on one of his Instagram accounts before promptly deleting them. Of course, the people of the Internet had already preserved the advances at this point.

One of the games revealed was a new version of Persona 3, coined Persona 3 Reload (you can watch the trailer via the link). You might be thinking, “Hey, did we just get Persona 3 Portable, Kelsey?” Well, Persona 3 Reload appears to be a complete remake of the installment, giving players the chance to experience the full Persona 3 adventure, rather than just the portable version.

In addition to Persona 3 Reload, a Persona 5 Tactics trailer was also shared. This particular title is taking the lovable cast of Persona 5 and throwing them into a turn-based battle arena. If you’ve played a Fire Emblem title in your life, you’ll know what to expect.

All in all, these are leaks that need to be addressed with a pinch of salt, because they are leaks at the end of the day. However, considering that the leaks came from Atlus itself, I think we can hope that these games are real.

What’s better is that if the trailers are true, we’ll be playing Persona 5 Tactica relatively soon considering it has a November 17 release date. It will also be coming to Xbox and PC, and will be available for free for Xbox Game Pass. Subscribers.

However, Persona 3 fans will be waiting a bit longer for Persona 3 Reload to come to fruition. The trailer had a release window of early 2024 and will be coming to Xbox, PC, and the cloud. With that being said, the games might still be available for other platforms!

Only time will tell, and maybe we’ll get an official reveal of these two trailers at one of the many shows in the coming days…
