Today is a great day to be a Game Pass subscriber

November is a pretty miserable month, if you ask me. For starters, it’s breaking down right now, and my floor is freezing. There are no lingering Halloween vibes anymore, and it’s a bit too far from Christmas to feel festive just yet. That being said, Xbox Game Pass is certainly coming this month and will keep many of us busy.

Xbox Game Pass typically offers stellar deals left, right, and center. We’re guaranteed at least one or two solid additions to the subscription every month, and November is no different, aside from the fact that we have more than two good games.

Last week, we watched Tom Orry burn his lunch while letting Vampire Survivors get their claws on him, and I can imagine he’s not alone in that sentiment. Having arrived on Xbox Game Pass on November 10, he’s not fooled by the graphically unimpressive screenshots he’s seen.

Vampire Survivors is a casual game with roguelite elements where you face off against hordes of the undead. One look at the most popular Steam reviews of “and people still buy COD every year” and “sex is almost as fun, meth would be easier to quit” and you know you’re in for a first-class gaming experience. level. .

Joining Vampire Survivors on Xbox Game Pass starting today are two, in our humble opinion, contenders for game of the year. The game takes place in a small Bavarian town over the course of 25 years, employs a beautifully illustrated art style, and draws inspiration from historical manuscripts while being historically accurate.

As you try to solve a crime as Andreas Maler, in an era of great religious and political change, Pentiment offers an incredibly engaging way to trade stories and experience history.

Somerville arrives today on Xbox Game Pass along with Pentiment. Another 5/5 rating review from Tom Orry, Somerville is a sci-fi adventure from Jumpship, co-founded by Inside’s Dino Patti. That said, and before you start comparing the games, Tom describes Somerville as even greater, despite some control quirks.

Somerville is more of an interactive adventure than a full game experience. It pulls you into his world as you piece the story together and in Tom’s experience it was an emotional and moving experience in every way.

However, this is not all for November. We also saw Return to Monkey Island added to Xbox Game Pass on November 8, along with Football Manager 2023. Then we had Flight Simulator’s 40th Anniversary unveiled on November 11, which hid a pretty cool Easter egg for fans. .
