This “Kirby” cover of “Bring Me To Life” by Evanescence is the best thing you’ll see today

We’ve seen Kirby take many shapes and sizes over the last decade, especially with the release of Kirby and the Forgotten Land. The last mainline game saw Kirby inhaling and turning into cars, traffic cones, and much more. Therefore, he shouldn’t be too surprised that there is a Kirby Otamatone in stock, too.
Now this particular instrument is strange in itself. When you bring Kirby into the mix, you might even call him cursed. Kirby shouldn’t be pushed and squashed into making weird noises, really, but there’s no denying that Kirby Otamatone still has some charm and whimsy about it.
A YouTuber and music teacher – Moshibass – He clearly feels the same way too. They describe themselves as someone who likes to create covers using strange and unique instruments, the otamatone being one of them.
In their latest video, they added Kirby Otamatone to their band of instruments and produced a cover of Evanescence’s Bring Me To Life. Trust me when I tell you that nothing will prepare you for this and how surprisingly good it is.

There’s no denying at all that I didn’t expect to see this today, and I’m personally impressed by Moshibass’ otamatone abilities, which is something I never thought I’d say. I’m even a little inspired to see what I can do with my own Kirby Otamatone, especially given Moshibass’s version of Drowning Pool’s Bodies using a single Aggretsuko Otamatone.
What do you think of these otamatone covers? Is the Kirby Otamatone the stuff of nightmares, or does the talent on display make you forget, just for a moment, about this cursed Kirby-themed instrument?
