Online players think this is the scariest Street Fighter 6 character in the game – do you agree?

Online number crunchers have compiled threads posted on Street Fighter 6 Reddit, using them to determine which characters are the scariest on the minds of the online fighting game community. Who came first? The answer may surprise you.

Fighters including ranged powerhouse JP, nightmare Ken and Brit Cammy in the top spots. However, it’s Jamie who ranks first as the scariest Street Fighter 6 character in the minds of Reddit users.

This was determined by user perfectpencil, who collected posts of character calls and the number of upvotes on these posts. They then enter them into pie charts and then use these two rankings combined to come up with a final, conclusive list. The result was a nice display of many powerful characters you’d expect, but some stand out with their inclusions and absences.

Jamie being number one is very interesting. Certainly a tricky character, his main gimmick stems from his ability to drink mid-match, providing additional special moves and eventually an empowered status if Jamie’s player manages to take four drinks. It can be hard to punish Jamie if you don’t. he doesn’t know the intricacies of the character, especially if he has powers, which may be the reason for the scary factor of him.

But perhaps most shocking is the absence of Marrisa! This character is not only very strong with high power combos and the ability to break Drive Impact attacks, but he is the character who recently won the Red Bull Kumite! By all accounts, Marrisa is an excellent character, however she is apparently not very scary. Who knows, maybe we will see a drastic change in the rankings once Rashid comes out.
