Multiple Silent Hill projects are getting trailers “really soon,” claims leaker

Silent Hill Rumors are a dime, but this current one claims we’ll be seeing more trailers from multiple projects “very soon.”
If you weren’t surprised by the Silent Hill 2 remake announcement last year, you’re not alone, because it was heavily rumored and even leaked long before the official reveal. Some of the other Silent Hill announcements offered a few surprises, but we haven’t heard from them since. Now, well-known leaker Dusk Golem (who had shared leaks about the series update before Konami’s reveal) claims that we should expect at least one trailer for one of the Silent Hill projects “before June.”
“I don’t know the exact date of everything,” Dusk Golem explained on The Snitch’s Discord channel (The Snitch, for those who don’t know, is another leaker that provides accurate but vague leaks). “But I’ll just say there’s a new SH2R, [Townfall] & Ascension, ready to be revealed at last.” Dusk Golem went on to say that the first trailer “will be before” Summer Game Fest (which will take place on June 8), and clarified that it will be “very soon, before June.” ”
According to Dusk Golem, the Silent Hill 2 remake also “has a great art direction, Downfall looks very interesting, [and] Ascension looks graphically great.” However, the leaker isn’t sure what about The Short Message project, which was rated in Korea last year shortly before the Silent Hill projects were revealed, saying they don’t know if is dead yet.One project that was not mentioned was Silent Hill F, a title from writer Ryukishi07 and Resident Evil: ReVerse developer Neobards Entertainment.
If by June it’s correct, then we should have at least a trailer by next Wednesday, so it won’t be long until we find out how accurate this is. It wouldn’t be entirely surprising, as Konami has just revealed that the also heavily rumored Metal Gear Solid 3 remake is in fact real, as well as a port of the first three Metal Gear Solid games.
