If you want to unlock all the new blood moon decorations in Cult of the Lamb, you will need to do the Blood Moon Ritual. The Blood Moon Ritual is a new ritual that will only be available for the Blood Moon Festival event; Fortunately, it doesn’t cost a lot of resources to complete and is generally pretty straightforward.

Completing the Blood Moon Ritual in Cult of the Lamb is easy! All you need to do is head to your Temple and enter. Once you are inside your Temple, go to your Alter Temple and select the Rituals section.
