GI Academy Student event is bringing Warzone, Need for Speed, and Battlefield devs to the table

GamesIndustry.biz is hosting a free video game event for students, featuring a variety of developers and experts from development studios around the world. This includes some behind big names, like Total War, Call of Duty: Warzone, Need for Speed, and much more. If you are a student, You can sign up here.
The event takes place between October 26 and October 28 on Discord, and will feature a series of roundtable sessions, masterclasses, keynote talks, and, perhaps most enticing, one-on-one chats with select attendees. All this is free, as long as you sign up.
As for the specific fields of gaming-related roles that will get good use out of this event, the developers in attendance come from a variety of backgrounds including audio, visual effects, concept art, character design, programming, user interface user, voice acting, business development. , production, community management and writing. So there’s plenty of room for students from a variety of courses to take something away from the event.
