Diablo 4 hotfix 1.02 introduces balance changes, increases endgame difficulty

Blizzard has posted a hotfix for devil 4and while it’s a small update, it does make some notable changes.
One of the main changes with revision 1.02 refers to the end of the game.
This is noted in Miscellaneous, which states that monster health values have increased in subsequent world levels. In other words, expect the monsters to get tougher as you progress towards the end of the game.
Other changes in the hotfix have to do with class cooldowns.
For the sorcerer, the flame shield enchantment has been nerfed. Once the hotfix is applied, when Flame Shield is initially equipped in an enchantment slot, it will go on full cooldown.
With Rogues, after Inner Sight’s unlimited energy expires, there will be a four second delay before another enemy is marked.
The hotfix also reduces the cooldowns of Shout for barbarians, and notes indicating that the affix will no longer appear on items.
That’s all, really. As we said, it is not a great update, but it is remarkable.
Diablo 4 Early Access launched earlier today without any significant issues, with short wait times and a lack of crashes. A couple of issues are affecting some players with early access to the game. One is a problem on all three platforms and rears its head as error code 315306. However, there is a workaround for this, and you can read about the workaround here if you’re experiencing the error.
The game launches to the general public on June 6, and if you want to know what we thought of our time with it, be sure to check out the Diablo 4 review.
